Although the blades are extremely hard, but will not chip easily if you use it correctly.

The harder the steel, the longer the edge will retain.

M42 High Speed Steel is not a stainless steel, it will oxidize when you leave moisture on it, please wipe the knife dry after use, store it in a dry place. (easy rust removal ask Ray on Instagram)
